Qualifications In Deferred Action For Dreamers

By Lela Perkins

Thousands of younger individuals were able to escape the consequences of being deported from the United States. This is because the government granted the so called deferred action for dreamers. However not all of them were able to gain the grant because of several issues. In applying for this action, here are some things that should be kept in mind.

The people they allowed to live in their country legally are those which have been there for the maximum of five years. The records of them should be from any bad records that can be damaging to ones reputation. They must have studied and graduated in a certain school there. They must have entered the place between the ages sixteen to thirty.

The reason why others were deported because they have committed offense such as multiple misdemeanor offenses, misdemeanor offenses, or felony offenses. Or they will be a threat to the national security that might endanger the lives of many. Not in a million years would country want a criminal to continue living illegally.

Passport will be needed when a person applies for this. This will prove his country of origin. Other national identity document will also be considered. As long as it will prove that a person was born and raised in a certain country before deciding to move out before he aged sixteen.

Another identification document that should be provided is the birth certificate with a photo on it. It will prove that the document is legal and will provide the information about the date that that person was born. There is that age limit that they allow, remember that. It can only be seen through the birth certificate.

A person who dropped out of school and was not able to graduate will be banded from entering the place. Those who have not discharged in the veteran of the coast guard will also be deported. They want people with clean records. Those which have been discharged honorably in the veteran coast guard.

They must complete a background check from the government. Only those who can prove that all the documentations they have provided will be eligible for the action. There are a lot of people who offer creating fake documents. How to prove that all these are legal, only the government can tell. They specialized in distinguishing the real one to fakes ones.

The things that are mentioned above could help a person gain temporal protection from the government from getting deported. The grant can also allow a person work legally or have a drivers license. However, there will be a bunch of proceedings that will take place first and long processes before receiving all these proof of permission.

It is only normal for a country to protect its image from the outsider who may be the cause to discredit its name. However, if you lived there with a clean conscience, then file an application for the deferred action for dreamers. Who knows, you might even be granted with residency.
